In a coffee shop with ice from green milk tea from another coffee shop
Some kind of Euro cafe music playing
And here I contemplate exercise. Should I stay or should I go?
All alone, happily alone, sadly alone
No one to talk to, but no one to please
I don’t feel charming today
Deep contentment, profound sadness coexisting in my heart
Shall I let it splatter on the page
Or forever hold my peace?
In love with writing, the life I’ve been given.
